Jillian Chancellor
Jillian Chancellor is the Director of Operations for The BALOG Group, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role.
Born and raised in Mission Viejo, California, Jillian moved to the Coachella Valley in 1987 with her family. Her journey later took her to the Midwest in 2000, where she supported her husband-to-be, Jason, during his football career at Missouri Western State University.
After a successful career in the casino industry in the Midwest, Jillian decided to return to the Coachella Valley as Jason began his career with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. In 2004, Jillian began her impressive 20-year tenure with The BALOG Group. Starting as a Personal Assistant, she quickly advanced to become Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator, and eventually took on the role of Marketing and Advertising Coordinator.
Jillian’s commitment and contributions to The BALOG Group have made her a valued partner within the organization. Outside of work, she and her husband, Jason, are proud parents to three boys — Jordan, Jadon, and Jaxson. The family enjoys spending their evenings and weekends actively supporting their sons’ sports activities, from the baseball diamond to the football field.
